On XXXX I was incarcerated and was not released from prison until XXXX. During my incarceration over {$1500.00} was taken from my chime banking account I contacted chime to dispute these charges as well as filing a police report. I sent chime all my incarceration papers showing I was indeed incarcerated and was not the person charging my debit card. After less then 6 hours chime denied my dispute. I feel chime didnt investigate my claim or take it seriously. I will provide you with all the same info I sent to chime. Including a police report number. My parole papers. Jail records and court documents. I was clearly unable to make any charges on the account. Thank you.
