It opened my account at Karna in XXXX of 2019. I've been a good customer always paying my account on time... Several weeks ago I was having issues getting the klarna card so I chatted an emailed several people... I finally got a response they wanted me to send in a picture of my driver 's license which I did... For some reason my birthday was wrong on the Karna account and he asked if I wanted to change that as well as changing my name on the account from XXXX to XXXX because that was on my driver 's license... I told him that it was fine if he changed those two things so hopefully I could get approved for the card ... After he emailed me saying it was updated I received another email stating that my address had been changed... I did not request a change to my address and all of a sudden my {$670.00} available to spend turn to zero and they're telling me I have a past due balance on a different account with a different email!! I have never had another email or another account on Klarna!! I also tried applying for the card again and it keeps saying unable to verify my identity!! How is that possible when I sent them my driver 's license!
