I opened a new account with the app- Albert ( XXXX XXXX XXXX with a referral code from a friend in order to qualify for their promotional offer of {$500.00} for completing activities ( direct deposit for 3 months and spending at least {$100.00} on the debit card each month ). I opened the account and transferred money from my XXXX account on XX/XX/2022. I received the card in the mail and activated it and used it twice. I had a direct deposit sent to me. Last week on XX/XX/XXXX, I couldn't log into the app, after even doing a password reset and I contacted support to assist me. After going back in forth in both text and email, they told me I was not in compliance with their rules and they would be shutting my account with no further information. I can not get an actual person on the phone, and through the text service they keep apologizing and then telling me to be patient. Then they follow up saying no further information can be given, after I have repeatedly asked them to confirm how my funds would be released to me. They are refusing to cooperate. I'm really upset, I did nothing out of the ordinary and I suspect they are closing the account out of overselling the promised bonus.
