I scheduled an auto bill pay from Nevada State Bank for my mortgage to XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX ( funds to be withdrawn on that date ). On XX/XX/XXXX the funds came out but the check was endorsed by XXXX XXXX XXXX ( even though the check was made out to XXXX XXXX ) After hiring a mortgage fraud investigator, I found out the check was deposited into the wrong lock box and XXXX XXXX endorsed the check by mistake. I have contacted Nevada State Bank to rectify this situation on multiple occasions even giving them the XXXX XXXX account number on the back of the check starting on XX/XX/XXXX, As of today, XX/XX/XXXX this still has not been fixed. I filled out a fraud affidavit on XX/XX/XXXX and was told it could take up to 30 days to fix. Still nothing.
