Hi- I am trying to get assistance any way possible. It's life or death for me and my kids. I am only asking for late payments that occurred in between deferments be removed... only because it's listing XXXX accounts separately as 90 days late. My loans are currently closed and consolidated but I am not able to get some extra assistance due to the late in between deferrals. I have spoken to customer service, sent letters and I am very desperate for assistance. I was told there are laws in place for it is solely at the lenders discretion.
