Attached is a copy of the letter I sent to XXXX be XXXX XXXX of the board : XXXX XXXX XXXX PenFed Credit Union XXXX, Board of Directors My name is XXXX and I have been a member of the PenFed credit union for the last five years maybe a little longer. Ive been very happy with my account and the services you provide until this last month. For reasons that have not been explain to me my account was blocked and from what I understand the account numbers was changed and money was taken out and transferred and more money was put into my savings account and then taken out. I have repeatedly ask for the amount of money that is in the account, to be able to look at the transfers and whats going on. Also my credit card I dont know whether somebody is using it not using it because I can not look at the account. I have call repeatedly asking for the amount of money that is the Account, My Social Security check is sent there and I do not know if I got a check or knot. The only info that get I get is that nobody can tell me anything. And I think youll have to agree that this is not a very good way to run a banking system when you can not transfer money in and out of an account, will not tell the customer how much money is in it. They now tell me that they dont know who I am I sent them a copy of my drivers license social Security card and a utility bill and they still say they dont know who I am. This is the reason Im writing a letter to you with the hopes that you can take a look at it and please just let me get out of this organization I dont want anything else to do with PenFed Credit Union XXXX I am a XXXX guy just trying to get by in life and when you hold up my Social Security money and money in my checking account all its doing is making my life miserable. Please help .... XXXX
