I'm being held back from a judgement on ( 1 ) credit reporting agency. XXXX is reporting a foreclosure on my report and XXXX XXXX will not allow me to refinance my home with a foreclosure on my record. I disputed this matter, sent in 12 months of clean payment history and my modification plan for XXXX to confirm that my mortgage company is NOT removing the foreclosure code. The other ( 2 ) reporting credit agency are coding late payments and have NO record of a foreclosure on my credit report. I'm being judge and denied for something that did NOT take place. I never been through a foreclosure. I own the house that is being reported as a foreclosure. My mortgage company, Plant Home Lending has inaccurate information on my credit profile and its impacting my livelihood. I spoke with XXXX and they saw the inaccurate reporting and agreed to submit another dispute after the no change status from my first dispute to resolve this matter. I'm not being treated fairly with labeling me with something that did NOT take place. This is negatively impact me and my ability to provide for my family. I'm simply asking if the coding can be consistent with the other ( 2 ) reporting agencies and simply code as late payment and NOT a foreclosure. I'm seeking assistance for someone or agency to work with me to resolve this matter with a sense of urgency. I greatly appreciate the understanding and assistance.
