I disputed transactions on my account and was given a provisional credit after 9 business days. However Credit Karma restricted my account so I am not able to use these funds that were made available to me so that I may have full use of these funds while they investigated my dispute. When I call I am told that that department is not available to speak to and that there is nothing that they can do for me.
