On or about XX/XX/2022 I contacted Sun Loan Company XXXX Mo and asked if they would be willing to do a " cancellation of debt '' 1099c which is a tax write off for them! They called corporate Sun Loans and then called me back and said No they won't be doing that for this old debt. Then days later I get a alert from my credit report that Sun Loans has added a remark to my credit report and it hurt my score. I feel this remark was done in retaliation and friviously with intent to harm my score even further. I feel Sun Loans would have never added any remarks had I never called them offering to settle my old debt! They are intentionally attempting to hurt my credit now and even told a third party about my debt when they called back they told my oldest son about it as he unfortunately answered and the rep assumed she was speaking to me! Shame on Sun Loans for this and violation of my rights with the FCRA!
