I have new and updated information concerning TransUnion. I have previously complained of TransUnion 's illegal conduct under ID # s XXXX ; and XXXX. This is my XXXX attempt to get TransUnion to publish my consumer report in accordance with federal laws. TransUnion has failed to conduct their required investigation in accordance with federal laws; failed to provide the details of their alleged investigation relating to items published on my consumer report; failed to delete items in accordance with my written instructions as the consumer ; and continues to publish my personal information to third parties outside the scope of my consent thereby violating my privacy rights. TransUnion is in violation of my rights as a federally protected consumer.
