This is my third request Credit bureaus stated that on my credit report that they did a proper investigation but how is that possible if the date opened is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, date last reported is not accurate, also date of last payment, and no. of months inaccurate. This grounds for removal. These Accounts include : XXXX and account # XXXX XXXX XXXX and Account # XXXX They also violated my rights under : 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A : States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. I haven't given these accounts written permission to furnish these accounts on my credit report. I also affixed copy of report from XXXX and Transunion where they stated that my account is verified and also there is a copy of my recent credit report showing inaccuracies.
