To my knowledge, I have never received any written notice of my right to dispute my credit card debt. From the mail I did receive, from an Attorney 's Office, the amount of my debt was disproportionate to the credit limit of the two cards that I defaulted on. My cellphone, which did not have unlimed minutes, was called from various numbers daily, 4 to 5 calls per day, that were not identifiable. I did a reverse phone search and found them to be from 'bill collector ' or 'Midland Credit ' . We have a court date, of XX/XX/XXXX, here in Pennsylvania. I have since learned that debt to a credit card company in this state is removed in 4 years. I'd like information about my debt. When my last payment occurred, and the balance due when it was charged off by the original creditor. Midland Credit has moved the date of the hearing that I requested from XX/XX/2022 to XX/XX/2022. I need to know what's legal and any info I can get on those accounts. Thank you for your help.
