I have written the bureaus several times concerning erroneous reporting on my credit profile. I began contacting them on XX/XX/XXXX. I followed up with them on XX/XX/XXXX and then again on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. Per Fair Credit Reporting Act 15 U.S.C 1681 15 U.S.C 1681 602 ( a ) ( 4 ). States I have the right to privacy. Accuracy and fairness of credit reporting. The Congress makes the following findings : ( 4 ) There is a need to ensure that consumer reporting agencies exercise their grave responsibilities with fairness, impartiality, and a respect for the consumers right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 604 ( a ) ( 2 ) : States a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions. In general. Subject to subsection ( c ), any consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report under the following circumstances and no other : ( 2 ) In accordance with the written instructions of the consumer to whom it relates. The following accounts are infringing on my rights. 1. XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX You have verified the account and its reporting. This account can not be accurate. It is an open collections account with an illegally re-aged date of last activity. Experian has the date of last activity as occurring in XXXX. You both get the same information from the furnisher so why such a discrepancy? 2. XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number : XXXX This account is also reporting as an open collection after I have disputed it several times. There is a lot of information missing in its reporting. 3. No Furnisher Listed Account Number : XXXX This account does not even have a name for the furnisher.
