Yes, I made a purchased of a computer from XXXX website, it arrived to where it would not boot up. I tried to return it to the store, thats when I finds out that Ive purchased it though a third party which I didnt know XXXX XXXX third party vendors on their website. XXXX customer service rep at the store told me I had to go to XXXX. I goes to XXXX about XXXX days later then they told me I needed a returned label. I didnt know how to request a return label, the young lady at the store did the request. So while XXXX waiting on the label from XXXX it came from the third party vendor, XXXX XXXX. When I found the email I printed it and goes back to XXXX. The XXXX clerk told me I had to go XXXX. The company wants to fix it and sent it back at new price cost. I still dont have the computer since XXXX. XXXX wants me to pay for a computer that never work
