This is my third request Credit bureaus stated that on my credit report that they did a proper investigation but how is that possible if the date opened is inaccurate, the date last active is inaccurate, date last reported is not accurate, date of last payment, no. of months inaccurate and also high credit and credit limit are inaccurate. This grounds for removal. These Accounts include : XXXX Bank Account # XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX They also violated my rights under : 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A : States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. I haven't given these accounts written permission to furnish these accounts on my credit report. I also affixed copy of report from Equifax and XXXX where they stated that my account is verified and also there is a copy of my credit report showing inaccuracies.
