Capital One Acct # XXXX Date of late payment ( XX/XX/2019 ) I also respectfully request to be provided proof of this alleged item, specifically proof that this payment was in fact late. By the provisions of the consumer protection laws, I demand that if unable to do so or lacking proof of these payments being late, please update my payment history to PAANL status ( Paid as Agreed, Never Late ) I have my account on automatic payment so I dont understand how that I was late. If you investigate my payment history, you will see that prior or after alleged late payment in XX/XX/2019, I have never been late paying required amount of bill.
