Please investigate the following claims versus me of which I've contested the reporter 's privilege to do so and launched challenges of the evidence supporting their claim of reportability! The information I suspect is in deviation from reporting requirements include but likely is not limited to the following so please require removal or evidence of reporting adequacy : XXXX ACCT # XXXX Reporter making unverified accusations of injurious derogatorily reporting and or allegations of delinquencies elsewise does so without satisfying their requisite criteria to have even utilized the PRIVILEGE to report and further failed to substantiate claim 's report-ability upon my rightful challenges to demonstrate confirmed certifiably compliant reporting processes and practices such as provable absolute adherence to the mandates of reporting laws and standards including but not limited to that of the XXXX, FCRA, ECOA, applicable state regulatory requirements and or even that of the mandatorily utilized Metro2 Data-filled field formatted reporting standards. Per XXXX 'S own XXXX manual, " ANY DEVIATION FROM THESE STANDARDS JEOPARDIZES THE INTEGRITY OF THE DATA '' alleged, thereby bringing into question reality of reporter 's actual abeyance of laws. Federal reporting regulatory requirements include a minimal compliance of reporting to a degree no lesser than that of a MAXIMUM POSSIBLE ACCURACY AND MAXIMUM POSSIBILITY OF COMPLETENESS. YET, the reporter still reports deficiently despite my notifications of such and calls for them to vet their own processes and practices and abiding by the very standards deliberately designed to aid adequacy in lawful reporting. I can only assume the reporter was willfully noncompliant in their injurious unfair reporting or at best recklessly negligent in ignorance or purposeful disregard of consumer rights much less it's own reporting requisites to satisfy the very conditional criteria for their obviously assumed privilege to report. I request you to force the deviant reporting bodies involved to cease reporting at least until data alleged is certifiably compliant to mandates or else eradicate the allegations in permanence altogether! The company refuses to investigate nor eradicate the negative tradeline at all. This company does not have a permissible purpose to report the negative tradeline at all!
