Ive informed all parties of the issue & provided the necessary documentation to support my claim. The credit reporting agency ( CRA ) & XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) are not complying with federal law in regards to identity theft. Additionally, the credit reporting agency & XXXX XXXX have not provided me with any evidence of an open contract, signed contract or any valid proof this was opened, authorized or created by me. Since this is a strict violation of FCRA laws I need the account removed from my file.
