On XX/XX/2022 it was brought to my attention that Navy Federal Credit Union has been collecting unearned interest which is a violation of ( 15 U.S.C. 1615 ). Also, Navy Federal Credit Union has not been applying/transfering my principal balance to my account and have told me after a phone call to customer service that they was going to charge me late fees and have put my account in collections because I haven't sent them Floating Rate Notes/ Federal Reserve Notes. Navy Federal is demanding that I send them a total amount of {$79.00} before the XXXX of XXXX. I'm trying the understand how Navy Federal thinks I owed them U.S. Currency which is an obligation of the United States? pursuant to ( 18 U.S.C. 8 ). Also, I have been sending my endorsed dividend check/ coupon/ remittance slip that comes on the bottom of my Bill to Navy Federal po box /LOCKBOX and Navy Federal has not applied them to my account or has not sent them back which is a violation of Uniform Commercial Code.
