After reviewing my consumer report I noticed that two new accounts were reporting negatively on my report. I have no knowledge regarding any of these accounts. This negative reporting is problematic because now I'm unable to apply for any type of credit and what adds insult to injury I did not open these accounts. I have made all reporting agencies aware of this identity theft issue and they irresponsibly reported this harmful information. I have tried address this matter but nothing was resolved. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account # XXXX ), XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Account # XXXX ) has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 SECTION 602 A states I have a right to privacy. 15 U.S.C. 1681 SECTION 604 A SECTION 2 also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish any account without my written instructions.
