So I been calling navy federal for a week reagarding a family member check that was deposited in my account I was at a branch in XXXX Georgia and I brought the people in to prove verification it was verify from what the bank teller told me which allowed me to make a withdrawl and the wait time was two hours so I decided to leave now they want them to reverify again and my relatives do not stay with me I work one of them not feeling good they make it impossible to get remainder of funds they two security teams officers personally close my account for the 4 time this week. These two was very unprofessional one of them was a XXXX and she did not have permission to call them after I told her my situation she ask me very personal questions I felt like I was getting interrogated. She cost me great mental anguish and emotional distress. Her name is XXXX security XXXX XXXX And XXXX
