Consumer Narrative
I have tried explaining to this creditor that I am not responsible for this balance and that it was charges made without my knowledge. They continue to state that I am still held accountable and obligated to pay the past due for {$2600.00}. The credit company name COMENITY BANK I have tried disputing it through that credit bureaus as well but they state that information matches so they can not remove it from my report. This defamation and fraudulent charges that I am apparently being held responsible for and it is not fair.
