I received a letter from this company in XX/XX/XXXX alleging that I owe this debt. In response I mailed a certified letter on XX/XX/XXXX, requesting for this debt to be validated. The letter was picked up on XX/XX/XXXX, however I did not receive any follow up in over 30 days. I then sent a XXXX validation request via certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX that was received by them on XX/XX/XXXX yet again, no response after 30 days. On my third attempt to get this matter resolved, I sent a letter on XX/XX/XXXX requesting to have this debt removed completely from my credit report since they obviously could not verify it. I currently have not received any communication from this company even though my last letter was received on XX/XX/XXXX. This is clearly a violation of my rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, in which I have the right to sue. I want this unverified account removed from my report immediately.
