In regard to my previous CFPB complaint XXXX beginning with acct # XXXX, I exercised my God given right to cease all communication about this alleged debt. I am refusing to pay this alleged debt ( see attachment ). You stated that the account was secured with collateral using saving from my Credit Builder account. I am aware that federal reserve notes are the United States form of currency but it is not money. And legally you can not pay debt with debt notes. According to HJR 192 of 1933 this act removed the ability to of the public to pay debt with lawful money. This made it illegal to demand lawful money for the payment of debt. I am going to need all payments returned in a check or money order to my place of abode immediately. If not you will be violating 15 U.S. Code 1692h. You stated that statements were uploaded to the account. Statement does not clarify this billing error. A validation of debt is requested and I will need this within 5 days of this complaint. ( See Attached ). You stated in the response that I need to contact the credit agencies directly for their specific reporting guidelines and that the information has been reported correctly and can not removed from my credit report. I am aware that a financial institution may not disclose non public information to non affiliated third-parties. Also since I was never given an option to opt out of such reporting this is my written consent to opt of credit reporting for account beginning with XXXX. Also I never gave consent of reporting this alleged debt, which is known as debt parking. If my instructions to opt out of credit reporting for this account can not be honored, I will need a statement on your company 's letter head signed under penalty of perjury stating why it can not. I am also aware that making any false, fictious, or fraudulent statement or representation to a customer of a financial institution such as reporting inaccurate information is a direct violation of U.S. Code 6821 ( a ) ( 2 ). I am also aware that whoever violates 15. U.S. Code 6821 such as false, fictious, or fraudulent statement or representation to a customer of a financial institution will be liable under 15. U.S. Code 6823 ( a ) to fines under title 18 U.S. Code 3751 with fines up to 500,000 for a felony by an organization.
