Hello, My name Is XXXX XXXX and I am filing a complaint against LEXISNEXIS for committing identity theft & Fraud. I have never given LEXISNEXIS permission to use any of my identifying information. They continue to ignore my correspondence. According to the FCRA, in order for to furnish the alleged US BANKRUPTCY COURT LEXISNEXIS would need to be able to both VALIDATE and VERIFY the information with original creditor. US IN Bankruptcy Court has also assured me it is not within their policies or obligation to validate any public records via Mail please see attached documents. Also Refer to 15 USC 1681 ( A ) ( E ), 15 USC 1681C ( A ) and I DID NOT give LEXISNEXIS neither direct nor indirect permission to furnish my information. If this documentary evidence can not be produced of how my information was verified & validated. I will file for litigation for actual damages caused and LEXISNEXIS will be held criminally liable for aggravated identity theft pursuant to 18 USC 1028A, extortion, theft by deception, securities fraud. Upon the receipt of the documents herein and of this notice, you are hereby notified Pursuant UCC 1-202f. I will also be filing a complaint with the FTC. Your prompt attention and response are both requested and required.
