My name is ( XXXX XXXX ) and I am a consumer/ natural woman submitting this complaint on the behalf of myself without any influence of any third party being involved. Fraud has been committed on my consumer report, and I did not consent, nor authorized these transactions on my report. I demand that the following accounts listed on attached document be removed immediately. Both together and separately my consumer rights and privacy rights have been violated by XXXX, Equifax, XXXX and XXXX. Pursuant to 15 U.S.C 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ) I have the right to privacy. I am also aware that I have the right to privacy of non- public personal information in accordance with 15 U.S.C 6801 and the right to know where and how to direct the disclosure of my non- public information and I am exercising that right demanding the each CRA remove the information listed in attachment as required.
