I've sent over an investigation request letter to XXXX Transunion and XXXX via Certified mail with proof of delivery and signature. Signed by XXXX XX/XX/2022, signed by Transunion XX/XX/2022 and signed by XXXX XX/XX/2022. I haven't received any letter about a completed investigation or haven't had any deletions based on the inaccurate info regarding the accounts listed in my letters to them. It has been over 30 days so they have violated FCRA and FDCPA laws also by not deleting the accounts reporting inaccurate data. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act everything has to be 100 % accurate on my credit report. They haven't notified me of any results nor was it properly investigated if so, because how would that be possible if " Last Updated '', " Worst Delinquency '', " 2-YEAR PAYMENT HISTORY '', " 30 days late '' section, " 60 days late '' section, " 90 days late '' section, " closed date '', " last activity '', " terms '', " payment status '', " balance '', are all showing inaccuracies. Those are MANY inaccuracies and HIGHLY damaging my credit, it has hurt and is hurting my ability to obtain credit. I provided my letters to them and then proof of my credit report pulled XX/XX/2022 circling ALL of the errors and inaccuracies on these accounts. I want to make it clear I XXXX XXXX am submitting this myself and not being represented by anyone. After multiple FCRA and FDCPA laws being broken I demand these accounts be removed IMMEDIATELY.
