on XXXX XX/XX/2022 around XXXX XXXX, I received an email from captialone stated that " Thanks for applying for a Quicksilver credit card '' and they need me to upload copies of some documentation to continue the process. I did not apply for any credit card, I also received an emails from XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX as well as XXXX XXXX all stated that my credit report has been changed due to a new hard inquiry on my credit report, which I am not aware off. Please be advised that in the past I was a victim of identity fraud and all been reported to the three bureaus.
