The company is Albert online banking and Ive been locked out of my account.Ive tryed speaking with the customer service representative via Tex and email because they dont have a live agent to talk to.My checks from my employment get deposited in this account and Ive not been able to change my banking password and they have completely stop answering my Tex and email.At this point I dont know who to call and what to do.I feel like this company is a big scam!
