On XX/XX/2022 I received 2 letters from the XXXX XXXX XXXX tax collectors office stating that I am delinquent from years XXXX and XXXX. They say that I owe almost {$1500.00} dollars when I make all of my escrow payments on time and my bank UWM even sent me a check last year of around {$600.00} dollars because the " escrow had too much money ''. In the letters I am getting penalized with late fees and they are giving me until XX/XX/XXXX to pay. They also put a small statement in were it states that the property could be put in a public auction or tax-defaulted. I pay my bank and escrow an incredible amount of money that is targeted exclusively to insurance and county taxes. Is the job of United Wholesale Bank to make the totality of payments and on time. My only responsibility is to pay my mortgage payments in full and on time. The irresponsibility from Escrow could be costing me my residence and issues with my local tax collectors office. I want them to fix their mistake or underpayment and to do it now. I don't want to be surprised with penalties or ridiculous increases in my escrow. It is their problem if they underestimate. They made a big mistake.
