Upon reviewing my updates, the incorrect information was still found in my reports which I believe has been taken care of due to the written appeals I sent. The last letter sent to Transunion was XX/XX/2022, but no response was ever received from them to date. Thus, their action has violated the Per Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 605B, which states that the credit bureaus are required to remove/block any account which was opened without my knowledge, consent or authority within 4 business days.
