On XX/XX/2022, I received an alert from the credit monitoring company called myFico stating that Equifax had posted XXXX hard inquiries on my credit report. The hard inquiries were from : 1 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX posted on my credit report on XX/XX/2022 2 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX posted on my credit report on XX/XX/2022 3 ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX posted on my credit report on XX/XX/2022 Upon seeing these unauthorized inquiries on my credit report, I contacted Equifax. The Equifax representative I spoke with advised me to send a written dispute to Equifax with my ID. I adhered to his advice and sent the documents. When I called, to inquire about the status of my disputes, I was told I had to wait ten business days. After 10 business days I called Equifax, I was told to send an affidavit. I drafted and sent a notarized affidavit. Equifax confirmed they received the documents and requested that I needed to send an FTC affidavit which I have included in this report. This matter remains unresolved, and Equifax has not taken the necessary steps to restore my reputation. When I called Equifax, they referred me to the companies ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) When I contacted Bank XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) XXXX regarding these inquiries, none of these companies had any documentation to suggest that I had either applied for a loan or credit card on XX/XX/2022 or XX/XX/2022. I have offered to schedule a conference call between these companies XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and Equifax. Thus far Equifax has been uncooperative. These inaccuracies continue to damage my reputation with employers and creditors. It is also worth noting that of the XXXX ( XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax ) credit reporting agencies only Equifax has these inquiries listed on my credit report. I hope this matter gets resolved as soon as possible. PLEASE HELP ME.
