I am going through a financial hardship. Capital One the credit card company of which I hold two cards refuses to work with me. After speaking with them over the telephone and having my attorney write them a letter with my terms/ payment plan they refused to except those terms. My attorney advise me the only thing I could do is wait until they sue me and appear in court to tell the judge what is happening. My credit score is plummeting quickly and I have only missed three payments.
