I had an account with Self lender. My Identification was placed on the dark web in my bank and credit card accounts were hacked! I was even declared deceased to XXXX XXXX where they closed my accounts out in XX/XX/2021. I have been working to resolve these issues, however with SELF I have giving evidence explaining the fraud on this particular account and I have been ignored. In fact the company is still making reports on my credit for a account I did not open. I have sent five emails and no one has responded with the appropriate action. It has been over 45 days and I would need this fraud account taking off my credit report because I was not the person that authorized the pass transactions or opening of new accounts to this merchant. Please help.
