I sent my letter off on XXXX XXXX. I Told the credit bureaus to " Investigate every piece of information '' on the accounts I have listed below. The Credit bureaus stated my account was properly invested but how is that possible if the accounts have multiple inaccuracies. Also I have attached the letter I sent out and here is the Tracking # XXXX According to the FCRA The term " Investigate consumer report '' means a consumer report or portion thereof in which information on a consumers character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living is obtained through personal interviews with neighbors, friends, or associates of the Consumer reported on or with others whom he is acquainted or who may have knowledge concerning any such items of information. They Also violated my rights under 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A. States a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions.
