I booked a XXXX night stay at XXXX XXXX By XXXX at XXXX XXXX for a King size bed. Upon arrival, a Queen size bed was only available and the rate difference to be refunded was promised. In addition they gave us a breakfast voucher as an inconvenience. However upon return to the USA, the hotel refused such claims and the credit card company, Capital One refused to assist in the situation siding with the hotel. The matter of the fact is I booked a King size bed room for XXXX nights and was only delivered a Queen Size Bed for XXXX nights. I have records and receipts of the stay showing that.
