I have contacted the credit reporting agency on XXXX different occasions regarding inaccurate items reporting on my TransUnion report. This had been completed by mail on XX/XX/XXXX, once on the agencys website, and by phone call. The individual I spoke to verified my information at the beginning of the call, in order to proceed with the call. I explained that there are inaccurate items reporting to my TransUnion report that I wanted to update, and some unauthorized items removed. This included misspelled names, inaccurate information regarding my personal identifiable information, an alleged account that is not accurately reporting and inquiries that I have no knowledge of, let alone open accounts with the companies. The representative informed me that these items will be removed, and my information will be updated to report accurately. As of this date, I have not received any documentation regarding my initial dispute to show if the items Ive complained about are being investigated, updated, etc. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a letter in the mail from TransUnion ( attached to this complaint ) that not only ignored my disputes, but still failed to assist me with the issues Ive contacted them about. I now feel that my concerns are being ignored and I am being taken advantage of.
