I sent in a dispute regarding the balance on my student loan with the US Dept of Education and XXXX XXXX. The loan was fully discharged and the balance should be XXXX. XXXX sent me a response and said that this creditor was not appearing on my credit report. I sent XXXX proof that the loan has been fully discharged .I spoke XXXX, XXXX was the supervisor that I spoke with. He gave me conflicting information. He insisted that I submit a second complaint notwithstanding the fact that I had previously submitted my dispute over 30 days ago.
