I had an account at Gemini Trust ( the company that the Winklevoss brothers founded ) since XXXX. On XXXX XXXX, XXXX, an employee ( s ) stole the funds in my account. No one at the company has responded to my lawyer or myself. New York has an agency specifically for crypto companies, but as I am not a resident of New York, they can not help me. Could you please contact someone at Gemini Trust ( " trust '' being an ironic seeming name ) and get them to return my funds to the same account from which the funds were originally added to Gemini, at XXXX? Also, of course, please pursue criminal charges against the perps, which would hopefully ban them from working in the financial industry for life.
