Consumer Narrative

This debt was written off, therefore the merchant received a credit for it and it makes me no longer responsible for it. It was sold to XXXX XXXX which is illegal and experian will not remove it from my report. The amount is $ XXXX would like a copy of the original contract with my signature. Full payment history from original creditor. Full name and address of address of original creditor.. I need proof that this has been assigned to them and that they own the debt. A collection is also not to be reported with a balance.
