I have already submitted a complaint ( XXXX ). In that complaint, XXXX stated since I applied for loan forgiveness with ACS, they can not speak to the information they provided. They also stated that my XXXX XXXX loan was originated under the Federal Family Education Loan Program ( FFELP ) and was never eligible for this forgiveness program. That is false. On the website, https : //studentaid.gov/articles/teacher-loan-forgiveness-options, it directly states that teacher loan forgiveness Forgives up to {$17000.00} of your Direct or FFEL Subsidized or Unsubsidized Loans after 5 complete and consecutive years of teaching at a qualifying school. Since ACS/Conduent Education Services , LLC ( CES ) has closed down due to faluty practices, who do I contact about getting a restitution payment for the {$17000.00} I am owed for teacher loan forgiveness? From my research, I have learned : Conduent, formerly known as ACS Education Services, is no longer servicing student loans and The CFPB ordered the company to correct unfair loan servicing practices by adjusting principal balances and repaying affected borrowers.
