UWM rec 'd notice XX/XX/XXXX, overnighted payment to XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, CO XXXX ( incorrect address ). Refund has been receivd by UWM and deposited to Escrow account. Rec 'd 2nd past due notice Flood Insurance, Ins Broker and I contacted UWM, UWM sent XXXX disbursement Flood Insusrance XXXX, MT ( correct address ). Interium period, Flood Insurance lapsed losing " Pre-FIRM subsidized rate '' of {$2300.00}. Ins Broker looking for new rate, rate is {$3000.00} to {$4000.00} Plus. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX RENEWAL PREMIUM NOTICE states in item # XXXX : Effective XX/XX/XXXX, policies currently receiving Pre-FIRM subsudized rate may lose the eligibility to maintain those rates if payment is received more than 90 days after policy expiration date. If the XXXX disbursement was sent by UWM XX/XX/XXXX, surely the payment would have been received sometime in XX/XX/XXXX. 90 days from expiration XX/XX/XXXX would have been XX/XX/XXXX. Contacted UWM, National Flood Insurance and FEMA ( can flood insurance be dropped, California is in a drought ). These agencies/companies are not offering a resolution.
