On XX/XX/2022 Credit Collection Services ( CCS ) signed for a Certified piece of mail that I sent on XXXX XXXX. The letter consisted of a formal dispute of a debt they claim I owe. I requested CCS provide " validation '' that beared my signature showing that I had or ever had any contratual obligation to pay them. CCS was also advised that any negative mark found on my credit report was a violation of the FCRA & FDCPA. CCS responded with a supposedly " final bill '' with another company 's name on it, claiming I owe them for the bill ; with no supporting paperwork that is, competent evidence, bearing my signature showing I had or ever had any contractual obligation to pay them. Their response has failed to provide me with viable evidence bearing my signature that the account is being reported accurately. On XX/XX/2022 I was notified by XXXX that CCS has placed a collection item on my credit file illegally. CCS has violated the FCRA, FDCPA and state and local laws by doing so and not providing me with proper evidence to validate the debt.
