I sent my mother through XXXX $ XXXX like I have been doing for 3 years the money never arrived to my mother account I have gone to the bank wells Fargo and they haven't done anything and they had that problem with a lot of costumer and they don't want to protect us and I think someone in the bank change my mother phone number and it went to another account and no one wants to return my money I don't know what to do anymore
