I deposited a check in my Albert cash account via their mobile deposit service on XX/XX/2022 for XXXX. It was a check that I have for XXXX They made me write on the back of the check to say For Albert Cash only. My check still Has not been deposited into my account and its been 7 business days. There website states that it takes 5-7 business days. I contacted support on XX/XX/XXXX asking them to cancel the process. They told me I could cancel it in the app. But I was not given the option to. They are holding my check still and I dont understand why its taken long when I could have just cashed it days ago. I have pasted screenshots of them telling me that my check would be deposited today later in the day and I have nothing. I just want my money in my account.
