Since XX/XX/2022, Ive been trying to get the inaccuracy and incorrect information corrected on my credit report. Ive filed dispute after dispute. Reinvestigation after investigation showing them the incorrect and inaccurate items on my report. The results I get each month have been a updated report with even more inaccuracies and more incorrect items and some accounts not even looked at. It is now XX/XX/2022 and Ive sent another letter full of disputes, about the same accounts, same inaccuracies and same incorrect items. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act These accounts continue to violate my rights even after 3 months of disputing. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions. 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( a ) ( 5 ) ( a ) ( I ) ( A ) .Reinvestigations of disputed information ( XXXX ) A. If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information disputed by a consumer, an item of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency shall ( i ) promptly delete that item of information from the file of the consumer, or modify that item of information, as appropriate, based on the results of the reinvestigation I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and being ignored of my disputes. Section 611 ( a ) it is plainly stated that a failure to investigate items gives a reason to immediately remove those items from my credit report, so they should be deleted promply. I demand these accounts be deleted immediately or I will file for litigation due to the stress you cause me. Ive sent all 3 credit reporting agencies another set of disputes pertaining to the same errors and incorrect information that they keep allowing to be put on my credit report. The disputes I sent have copies of my credit report, Ive circled each error, and all incorrect information. I attached the letter that I sent. I now will be going to the XX/XX/XXXX to file a complaint as well.
