Everytime I call and tell them I applied for HAF they say they don't know who this is. Also XX/XX/XXXX I was XXXX behind because of the pandemic. They said they were push it to the end of the loan but then they added 5 yrs to my loan. So I stead of my loan 25yrs left I now have 30 again. They didn't give me any other options.
