I have a second mortgage through Huntington Bank, and it matured in XX/XX/XXXX. The agreed upon note, signed by both the bank and I, states {$40000.00} financed with total interest to be {$28000.00} to be paid back in XXXX installments of {$370.00}. I made my XXXX payment in XXXX, but Huntington states I still owe {$2900.00}. I have not been late, nor have I missed a payment, and I pay electronically by the XXXX or XXXX of every month. I've been trying to get this rectified since XX/XX/XXXX by visiting my local Huntington branch multiple times, and have been told a research team would look into the matter ; they haven't. I have given them copies of my proof-of-payments, asked for why I should have 7.6 more payments after I fulfilled my payments on the mortgage, and have not received an answer of XX/XX/XXXX. I called customer service twice on XX/XX/XXXX, the second time got a hold of a supervisor who told me she'd send emails to start an investigation and notify the consumer advocacy wing of their company. I called again on the XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and on XX/XX/XXXX. The call on the XXXX a supervisor told me she would " raise the level '' of the complaint and was surprised no one had contacted me since the last investigation. I did ask for an amortization schedule on both the XXXX and XXXX mortgages twice now ; I've received neither. Huntington did send some transactions for the first mortgage from XXXX to XXXX, and on the second mortgage transactions for XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. The second mortgage transaction show XXXX misapplication reversed payments, XXXX late charges ( wasn't late ), and an escrow deposit ( I have no escrow with the 2nd mortgage ). Moreover ; my principle is the same on XX/XX/XXXX as it is on XX/XX/XXXX.
