An Item was purchased via credit card on XXXX XXXX, 2022 ( order # XXXX ), the order was for size 1 and the " Company '' sent size 0. The " Company '' is XXXX XXXX XXXX ( email : : XXXX and phone # : : XXXX ). A request for the correct product was made via phone and email to the company ( documented emails ) but the company will only reimburse the cost if the item is returned via my shipping cost. ( is it not legal for the company to charge the customer for internal company mistakes ). Due to this unresolved dispute I contacted my credit card to dispute the charges. CapitalOne ( fax # XXXX and phone # XXXX ). they created a case # XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. CapitalOne reached out to the supplier and asked if they sent the incorrect product and they said ( no ) the " Company '' Lied to the credit card in written stating they never received correspondence with me. I received a document from CapitalOne closing the case stating the goods were received in good condition. A phone call left me in tears from a rude customer service representative who would not reopen the case and refused to dispute the case any further. i have been forced to contact further resources for assistance.
