Equifax has been restricting my online access and denying the dispute I had for an account that was originally reported by Department of Education Debt Resolution Group. Today I had received a letter from Department of Education confirming the deletion of the account with all credit reporting agencies. Both XXXX and XXXX had deleted the account off my credit report. The only one that has not processed the deletion was Equifax. They've not being cooperating with the request at all. Instead, they restricted my report online access, they also added some random name on my report. I still can't access my online account even after uploading my selfie, ID and social security card. Which is unacceptable. I've attached the letter sent by Department of Ed confirming the deletion. I need Equifax to delete the collection account and the other person 's name off my report, also restore my online access.
